Every order is shipped in plain packaging — no logo, no branding, nothing that gives away what’s inside. Your privacy is our standard, not an optional extra.

Processing times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you place an order at the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 15 to 20 working days from order confirmation. Depending on your location, it may sometimes be a little faster.
Occasionally, customs checks or peak-demand periods can add a few extra days. It’s rare, but we prefer to be upfront.

Track your order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also use the “Track my order” link on our website at any time.
